What is fat and where does it come from?

Fat is a lipid that our body uses to store energy, that is, it is a water-insoluble structure. When we get more energy than we use, our body stores this excess energy in the form of fat. The fat is then taken up by fat cells located in the body, so they look like small balloons that inflate as the fat comes in. Fat cells are found in our body in scattered ways. Where and how many fat cells are has a little to do with our genetic predisposition. In October, as we get older, our metabolic rates change and there may be a change in how much and where fat is stored. Typically, as we age, our lifestyles become less active, and if our food intake does not change, we begin to store excess calorie intake as fat.

The Basic Approach to Fat Removal and Body Shaping

Now that’s it, okay, that’s it. We understand what fat is. Now it’s time. How to remove these fats that we don’t want from our body. There are different basic approaches to dealing with excess fat: making less fat, destroying (killing) fat cells, and relocating fat cells

Making less fat

This is the diet and lifestyle approach. The idea is to reduce the amount of energy you take in (in calories) and increase the amount of energy you use. This is actually the starting point for body contouring. Hundreds of diet programs and thousands of books have been written on this topic. As you are aware, we are constantly bombarded with diet and exercise messages.

How do you decide what works and what doesn’t? Unfortunately, this is not easy, and having to constantly fight with our will requires perseverance in the same way. The fact is, almost all diet programs will work if followed. Ultimately, what is needed is not just a diet, but knowing what we eat, how we live, and changing our eating habits. The best diet programs are just a bridge to making this change.

Removal of fat cells i.e. Liposuction

Removal of fat cells can be done with liposuction application. A cannula is inserted into the fat cavity and the fat is absorbed. With liposuction, after the fat cells are removed, they are gone forever, they leave the body. In addition, the desired fat can be removed from a specific area in one October session. This is an operation and there is a short healing process, but of course this process will differ from person to person.

Changing the location of fat cells, i.e. total body shaping

Sometimes healthy eating and exercise habits may not be enough. Genetically programmed areas of fat accumulation may not be able to improve with diet and lifestyle efforts. It may be necessary to do other things. Secondly, it may not be enough to remove fat from the body with liposuction. Why, because, in fact, we can say that fats are our underwear that give our bodies their original shape. There is always fat on the basis of a slim waist, a more dislocated butt, more lively breasts, a more beautiful and oval hip structure.

Here we are succeeding in the body shaping task by transferring the fat we get with liposculpture to other areas of the body. Liposculpture is a device that benefits to shape the body like a sculptor, while at the same time tightening the rest of the tissue while taking the fat. The fats collected here are also transferred to a storage box that does not receive air at the same time. It is placed in the device, enriched from stem cells and transplanted to the area it needs. Where can it be transferred to? To the hips, to the breasts, to the crooked legs, to the face. The main important thing here is the issue: the fat is taken in a shaped form and transferred to the other area by giving shape. In this case, you need an advanced plastic surgeon. How about a dirham of fat, does it cover up shame?

Take care of your body and soul!
